Business Intelligence (BI) tool training

In December was provided a training for key users in some areas of Omni, about the market-leading Microsoft Power BI platform. This is an initiative as part of the delivery of the KPI's Dashboard development project (Key Performance Indicator), which is a panel for the company's performance indicators.
The training took place in the internal structure of the JPA Training Center and lasted 2 days. In the first phase, the main indicators and demonstrations of areas that feed the report used by the Board of Directors in monthly meetings were considered, maintaining Excel spreadsheets as information and replacing Powerpoint with Power BI for indicator presentations.
The new tool will raise the level of data consumption, increasing agility and accessibility to strategic decision making, promoting a significant differential for companies that want to remain competitive in the market.
For the second phase of the project, the expectation is to replace Excel with the information source systems, eliminating th manual processes and enabling better data analysis.
