New IT tools

Starting in November, Omni will implement more automation in line with the continuous improvement of processes, greater agility, transparency, better control and management by indicators. In addition, as a direct consequence of these benefits, we will have a cost reduction and efficiency gain due to the elimination of manual processes.
 
The Administrative sector now has a work-flow tool, using BPM (Business Process Management) technology to request uniforms available for all those eligible positions.
 
The BPM technology is the same tool adopted by the Legal area, which covers the process of analyzing and controlling contracts with Omni suppliers.
 
Omni increasingly seeks tools that optimize its processes and support the reduction of its costs!
